- 3/2024:: Signed letter to Congress opposing the Air Quality Standards Implementation Act of 2024 – better named the Smoggy Skies Act, which would weaken the Clean Air Act by gutting one of its most important programs: the National Ambient Air Quality Standards.
- 2/2024: Signed a letter urging the EPA to grant California a waiver to implement their Advanced Clean Cars II program. Not only will this allow California to move forward with strong rules to drive a transition to zero-emission cars, but it will also allow other states who have opted into those rules to move forward too.
